RULES FOR HOMEOWNERS

Please do NOT invite friends, family, etc. to watch us while we're trying to work .It can cause problems with audio and hamper us from doing our job. We've had to throw out audio from three investigations this year alone because of all the noise interference. Also, you and your family are not allowed to investigate with us. There have been cases where a house was real quiet and we would ask a client to join us in a certain room to see if activity would pick up. This will be at the discretion of the Lead Investigators only. From now on, if we arrive at a house where there is a lot of people, we will just leave. Why waste time, batteries, etc. if we cannot do our job. We need to be able to do our job to the best of our ability. If we have to leave because of this, you will be held responsible for any and all expenses. Thanks.

• We have a right to refuse an investigation based on the information you give us and the dangers involved. Safety is one of our top priorities.

• If you want us to investigate, all information must be thorough and we must be given all the facts.

• If you are the client, you must allow us to use the information we gather and photos we take on our website and share it with the public. If we are investigating your house, we will not give out any personal information.

• If we are investigating your land, house, building etc. please try and gather as much information as possible. Examples of helpful information include historical documentation, who died there (if anyone) and the age of the building.

• You agree to not sue us or hold us liable for any damages & will sign a disclaimer upon the decision to have us investigate for you. We cannot guarantee you 100 percent that we can get rid of a demon, ghost or find the answer but we will try and we are very successful at what we do.

• To bring you the best possible service, there are no limits. We investigate ghost, demons, U buildings, ships, houses, cemeteries, woods and anything strange. So even if you think your story is outrageous we are a very open-minded organization.

• If we agree to investigate for you, then you must let us have access to the whole area and allow us freedom to do so. There are a lot of tests we perform. Sometimes there are things which you might find odd, but you must allow us to do our jobs. As well, you must allow us access to plugs, power outlets for cameras, things of that sort. Please do not invite a house full of people to watch the investigation. They tend to get in the way and can interfere with the investigation.

• After we are done investigating for you, expect either a written or verbal report of what we think is happening. It may not be what you want to hear, but we do give honest opinions and information.

• We also do return investigations, so there is no limit on how many times you want us to investigate or look into something. So, if you wish for us to return again to do a follow-up, that is very applicable and not a problem.

• If you deliberately try to fake haunting, etc., you will be responsible for all of our expenses. This could include, but is not limited to, any time we miss from work, hotels, gas, food, supplies, etc.
