The homeowner's children were seeing spirits. The one child went into great detail about 5 spirits that she sees in the house. Also, the family hears noises, sees shadows and feels like they are being watched. A visiting relative thought she saw the homeowner's child walked past the bedroom doorway, but it wasn't them

The homeowners have not lived on the property/trailer since Hurricane Katrina. Before that, they had several physical experiences with an unseen force. One man was cut on his leg, but his clothes weren't cut. Another was held down by something (no he wasn't sleeping). One female said she always got a bad feeling towards the back end of the trailer.

This case was brought to us by local law enforcement. Before Hurricane Katrina destroyed the building strange things would happen. Including the police chasing a subject through the buidling. he ran into a room and just dissapeared.
