When to call for help
When should you call a paranormal investigator? Only when you have ruled out any rational explanations for the phenomena you are experiencing and are thoroughly convinced that your house is truly haunted should you contact the experts. Of course, if the phenomena are extreme and you feel that you and your family are in any kind of physical or psychological danger, you should call for help right away.
There are a lot of groups out there with no training, etc. and have no clue what they're getting in to. Don't be afraid to ask who and where they were trained, ask for references, etc. If they say a group trained them, call the group and make sure. No group can guarantee they will find something.
Shadowz Paranormal Investigations will try to help you determine what is going on in your house, business, etc. We will look for explanations besides just paranormal (electrical, etc.). If, however, we determine you have a haunting, we will help you determine what type. We will then give you recommendations on what to do. We will help you anyway we can and there is NEVER a charge, no matter how many times you need our help.
IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF YOU KEEP A JOURNAL OF ALL ACTIVITY. INCLUDE WEATHER CONDITIONS AT THE TIME IT OCCURED. ALSO ANY HISTORY OF THE LOCATION IS A BIG HELP.
