First Investigation
August 8, 2008
| Activity: | The homeowners, as well as others, have seen doors slam open and shut and TVs cut on and off. The child seems to see something in his room. They see a huge shadow going down the hallway to the master bedroom. |
| Investigators: | Dolly, Sammy, Helen, Ron, Elsie and Billy. |
| Equipment: | Dvr/Monitor with night vision cameras, several EMF Detectors, digital audio equipment, infra-red thermometer and digital cameras. |
| Investigation: | We had a quiet night until about midnight when things started happening in the living room as well as the master bedroom. Our monitor turned purple and then there was almost like a burning smell in the living room. We never could explain it. At the same time, in the master bedroom, a few investigators were touched and one smelled an "old" smell. They also got an EMF spike at that time. However, when two more team members went back there, they only smelled a candle which had been burning earlier in the night before we arrived. |
| Evidence |
We finished all the audio. We did get two EVPs. You will hear a male talking behind two female investigators. Listen right after she says "energy."  This one appears to be a child talking right behind us. We had just entered the room. |
| Conclusion: | It is very normal for a first visit not to turn up much. We have recommended the homeowner schedule a second visit. |
